Founder & Master Perfumer
Molly Ray created FragranceByMR with a mission to develop fragrances that tell meaningful stories through the use of scent. With a background in perfumery (professional training) and extensive creative experience, molly takes each fragrance project to heart and dedicates herself to creating innovative, artistically-crafted fragrances. Molly's desire to create memorable perfumes will continue to guide the philosophy of FragranceByMR and its pursuit of perfection.
Senior Fragrance Designer
Alessia has over 5 years of fragrance design experience with a focus on developing creative concepts into well-balanced fragrance compositions. Alessia collaborates with Molly Ray to refine fragrance note development for every FragranceByMR perfume; she strives to develop each perfume with the same level of artistry, elegance and originality that defines the FragranceByMR brand.
Perfume Development Specialist
Thiago coordinates and manages the development of all FragranceByMR perfumes. He evaluates all aspects of fragrance composition including ingredients and fragrance delivery; he focuses on delivering a memorable fragrance experience from the initial fragrance notes to the final finish.
Creative Brand Director
Naomi develops the branding strategy and narrative for FragranceByMR. Naomi ensures that every FragranceByMR product line represents the beauty, imagination, and timeless essence that define the FragranceByMR brand. Naomi creates all marketing campaigns and promotional materials for FragranceByMR.
Ingredient & Quality Manager
As the ingredient & quality manager for FragranceByMR, luca is responsible for procuring premium fragrance components and ensuring consistent quality throughout the development of each FragranceByMR perfume. Luca provides his expertise to help maintain the consistency, balance and superior craftsmanship in each and every FragranceByMR creation.
Client Experience Manager
Seraphine works directly with our clients during every step of their fragrance journey, providing customized service and ensuring that each client interaction embodies the warmth, professionalism and personal service that define FragranceByMR. Seraphine is committed to creating an extraordinary client experience whether it is helping clients plan a custom fragrance consultation or responding to product inquiries.
